Marvelousse Mousse

This is an amazing and super healthy alternative to dairy chocolate mousse.
 Containing no dairy products, free from soy, wheat and gluten, and 100% good for every beautiful cell in your body..feed your body with this and it will hit you back with love and gratitude in magnitudes of joy!
I love having this for breakfast as it gives me that super buzz I need to get me going first thing.

Ingredients

2-3 ripe avos
2 ripe bananas
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp lucuma
1/2 cup rice or almond milk
handful of goji berries


Pop avocados and bananas in blender and wizz for 30seconds - 1min.
Then add the cacao, lucuma and rice/almond milk until all combined.
Depending on the consistency you may need to add a little more milk, or if you like your mousse nice and thick you can leave it how it is. You can also add a sweetener of your choice if you think it needs, I like to add fresh orange juice and peel for a natural sweetener.
Once all blended transfer to your favourite breakfast/pudding bowl and enjoy!
You can get as creative as you like with this dish, adding whatever toppings your mood prefers.
I like to mix in a few raisins and walnuts for a nice crunchy texture.
