1 cup chia seeds*
1 cup sesame seeds*
5 strawbs (optional)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup melted cacao
2 tbsp carob powder
* pre soaked for 8 hours - this way they blend much better and are also much better for digestion..releasing those magic little things called enzymes!
Blend all up in blender and transfer to your favourite pots.
Keep in fridge to set and enjoy!
